Prices

Prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and linen. It is not possible previously to check in or check out later on request. Optionally, you can consult in advance (maybe an extra cost).

Cancel

If you are forced to cancel your booking two weeks or more, you will get your full deposit / vooruitbelating before date of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

If you cancel your reservation within two weeks of arrival we will charge the half amount of the reservation.

Travel, cancellation and liability insurance

The guest is responsible for any liability, travel insurance.

Smoking

It is not allowed to smoke in our accomodation. If you do you will be removed and there will be no refund. We will charge you at least €50,- because we cannot rent te room anymore (because of the smell).

People in the apartment

Only the persons indicated on the reservation can use the rooms. It is not allowed without consultation to receive visits or additional persons to stay. Exceeding may be terminated further stay, with no claim can be made to refund the payment.

Damage and smoking

Guests leave the room in the same condition behind in which it was accepted. If unforeseen damage is done to the room or the inventory shall be reported immediately to us. The guest is liable for damage that occurs caused during the stay including damage by third parties with the consent of the owners pres
